These Terms and Conditions tell you the rights and obligations you have. Please read these carefully. You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms and Conditions do not affect these. Caraudiogiant.com do not ship internationally, we only ship within the UK mainland. Please note delivery must be to the address where the credit card is billed. This is to protect you, the customer, as well as Caraudiogiant.com. Pricing Your Order Your order (including payment) will be treated as an offer to purchase from Car Audio Giant. Our acceptance of this is acknowledge when Car Audio Giant despatch the goods. Until point of despatch Car Audio Giant reserves the right to decline your order and to process a full refund. Only once the goods have been despatched will it be deemed that Car Audio Giant has entered into a legally binding agreement to provide you with the goods. Shipping Cancellation and returns Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will either be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account, or credited less a 15% charge. Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. If you do not return goods within 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, your right to cancel will be revoked. Should an item be returned as faulty, but after testing is found to be working properly, the customer will be liable for the carriage cost of returning the fully working item. Payment Your order will only be processed once authorisation of payment has been properly received. If you do not wish to pay by paypal we are able to take payment over the phone using your credit / debit card. However please note that goods ordered this way can only be despatched to the registered card holder's address. If you wish us to take your payment using this method. Please process the order normally through the checkout. Once you appear at the paypal login/payment window this generates an automatic pending order on our system and we will contact you by telephone, (using the details you have registered with us) to arrange your payment. We will then despatch your goods in the usual manner. For your additional security we do not hold on file, or have access to customer's credit card details or financial details. These terms and conditions do not affect you statutory rights.
These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on the Caraudiogiant.com website. The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.
To order goods you must be at least 18 years old. The laws of England & Wales shall govern the contract between us and any dispute will be resolved in the aforementioned courts.
Automatic emails confirming receipt of your does not constitute acceptance by Caraudiogiant.com. Your Order is an Offer to buy Goods from us. A Contract for the Sale of Goods shall only arise on the despatch of our written confirmation that your order has passed 'final authorisation' or the despatch of the Goods to you, whichever is earlier.
Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you and will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
Product Guarantees
All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the Manufacturer's Guarantee for a period of 12 months unless otherwise stipulated. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse. In addition routine maintenance (cleaning of dirty audio heads etc.), consumables (tapes,CD's, cables, batteries, etc.) and cosmetic damage is not covered.
Delivery timescale
Products are shipped usually within 2 to 3 working days of placing your order. We will contact you if a delivery is going to take longer than we would normally expect, but on rare occasions this may take up to 21 days.
The Caraudiogiant.com team are unable to guarantee exact delivery times. We recommend that you do not arrange dates for your items to be installed until the products have arrived safely and that you have checked them for any transit damage.
Whilst we make every reasonable attempt to deliver promptly and within the estimated time frame, we cannot be held responsible for sudden stock shortages or manufacturing delays. We make every effort to keep our customers informed in any such event, however for delays of more than 21 days you will be given the option to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the goods.

As an extra security measure occasionally you may receive a phone call from Caraudiogiant.com to confirm you order prior to despatch.
The price for the goods will be as stipulated at a time when you place the order, we are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers prices, or due to a pricing error or omission on the website.
We make every effort to ensure that the prices on CarAudioGiant.com web pages are accurate and up to date. If in the unlikely event there is a mistake on the site, we will inform you as soon as it is discovered. You will then have the choice to amend or cancel your order.
All pictures and text on our website is for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods.
All prices are inclusive of VAT, but exclude delivery charges, which will be payable as indicated at the time of purchase. Your order will be despatched with a detailed VAT receipt.
Shipping for one item within the United Kingdom is £9.77 (excluding Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland - for these areas additional postage is required) this shipping rate changes automatically dependent upon numerous factors such as the products ordered and the destination address.
Inspection of Goods
When your goods arrive, please make sure they are unpacked and inspected BEFORE signing the delivery note. In the unlikely event of damage occurring during transit, please refuse delivery of the goods, mark the delivery note accordingly, and notify us immediately by emailing despatch@caraudiogiant.co.uk and we ensure the appropriate distribution centre arranges collection and redelivery.
We strongly recommend that you examine the goods at the time of delivery - we have your satisfaction in mind. Naturally we cannot accept liability for damages or errors if goods have been fitted or if you have had the appliances in your possession for more than 7 days. Delivered goods are your responsibility, if you delay accepting the delivery we will not be held responsible for any financial implications. Please note any shortages must be notified to us by email to despatch@caraudiogiant.co.uk within 7 days of receipt.
You are within your rights to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after you received the goods without giving a reason. The goods must be returned to the appropriate distribution centre, in an unfitted condition with its original packaging and in a pristine saleable condition within 14 days of notifying CarAudioGiant.com of the cancellation. You must also pay the cost of returning the goods. This is non-refundable. You will receive a refund for the cost of the goods excluding shipping.
We accept payment using PayPal so you can use your PayPal account or pay using your credit card even if you do not have an account - This option allows you to pay with American Express or Discover cards as well. You also have the option of not paying through paypal on the payment screen even if you do have a paypal account.
When you place your order with CarAudioGiant, we take full payment for the goods. Errors on our website are rare, and we take every precaution to ensure our information is correct and up to date. However, mistakes can happen. In the unlikely event of an error in price being made on our website, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to amend or cancel your order.
